Gioviano is a small quiet medieval village 25 kms from the walled city of Lucca in the Garfagnana. The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

An authentic place, surrounded by woods, ideal for those seeking peace, tranquility, and contact with nature, far from mass tourism.

At an altitude of 780 meters, immersed in a forest, connected by a steep track with a pick-up service on arrival and departure, we offer an old house that sleeps 3. 40 minutes by car from Pistoia. A 30-minute walk to a beautiful river beach and a small grocery store in Molino del Pallone. N.B. The possible supply of bed linens and towels has an additional one-time cost of €10+5=€15.
