This beach house is in the middle but still on the side, right on the beach of Pikku-Kukkanen in the magnificent heritage landscape of Nastola's church village. You have an outdoor hot tub. The sandy beach opens to the evening sun, the plot is sunny all day. The house was used for retail trade in 1906-1928 and the village's tanner made the necessary leather accessories for the people of Nastola. Nearby is the Pajulahden Urheiluopisto with its adventure parks and services. The grocery store and bus connection to the city are only 600 m away.

The sauna building has a shower, an electric sauna and a small room. Large terrace in front of the sauna, which also has a wood-fired hot tub.

This stylish accommodation can comfortably accommodate 1-11 people. The house is located in a quiet residential area- apprx. 8 km from Lahti city centre. There are many things to do nearby. Among others, Takkula Golf is located only three kilometers away. In the summer, there is a beach nearby, the nearby forest has a lot of nature trails, a walking track and a shed. In winter, the walking track turns into a ski track and the distance to the track is about 100 meters.

Bus stop 300m with direct bus to city center and train station. Not suitable for wheelchair, steps outside the building to the front door.

The cottage has running water and electricity, heating with radiators+pump. Large terrace and yard. Take a steam bath in the wooden sauna and cool off on the terrace while looking at the beautiful scenery to the private beach or retreat to the sofa to read. 94 km from HKI-Vantaa airport (an hour drive). 5 km to store (Orimattilan Prisma). 16 km to Lahti, the nearest big city. Babybed: extracost 35€/booking. Just ask.

Winter-inhabitable TOWN cottage by the lake in a quiet location in a detached house area. Neighbors next door. Stunning lake views. Wood-fired beach sauna and sauna cabin, where overnight stays are also possible in summer. Fiber optic connection, so working remotely is possible. For long periods of heat, there may be occasional blue-green algae in Kymijärvi. Pets must be agreed upon separately.
