Villa Azzurra splendor si trova al piano terra con ingresso indipendente e composta cosi: soggiorno confortevole affacciato ad un ampio terrazzo, sala da pranzo affiancata alla cucina ed un altra terrazza, la camera padronale con un bagno privato con doccia ed un, stanza con due letti singoli con il bagno.

Questa è la Sten House, una graziosa villetta che si affaccia sul mare di Costa Rei posta all’interno di un riservato condominio. Dal cortile si giunge nell'ampia veranda nella quale potrete perdervi a guardare l’orizzonte del mare cristallino che vi farà da cornice regalando, ai più mattinieri, lo spettacolo dell’alba dove il cielo si tinge di rosa e il sole ti da il buongiorno.

We are excited to share our new Italian seaside home with you - just 10 minutes away by foot to the beach. A home built in the 80s by Italian agronomists who planted a beautiful garden adorned with cedar, olive, and rose pepper trees. The villa boasts a beautiful patio where you can relax and enjoy the serenity of Feraxi - sounds of birds, seaside waves and quietness. What stands out the most however is dining in our courtyard under a beautiful lemon tree.

Sleep under a blanket of stars, in our intimate refuge surrounded by Mediterranean scrub, among myrtle and mastic, olive, carob and orange trees that will fill you with their scents. Enjoy the relaxation and slow pace of the countryside, with the large lawn and the view of the large beach of Murtas. Venture to nearby archaeological sites, the remains of the Carroz castle, the Spanish tower, and of course nuraghes, hypogean tombs and even a rock wall to climb

Apartment in the countryside 10 minutes from the sea

The apartment is located on a farm 10 minutes from Torre Salinas beach and 20 minutes from Costa Rei and Castiadas. It can be reached in about an hour from Cagliari airport. It consists of a double bedroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom, kitchen, veranda, garden and parking space. It has air conditioning, Wi-Fi, refrigerator, TV, washing machine, barbecue, crib. We offer bed linens and towels. A vehicle is essential to get around.
