It was a nice stay, nice apartment. We had a very nice breakfast in the morning.

Anna is a special person, she welcomed us in a very friendly and kind way. the house is very well maintained and has everything you need. really worth it!!

We were vacationing while working remotely. Wi-Fi was reliable, supermarket and bus stops were near. Alberto was very helpful.

The house was lovely, Marco was there when I arrived to show me around and I ended up having a drink in the local bar/restaurant with him and a couple of his friends which was really lovely. All very easy and accessible.

We had a very nice stay in Baunei and having a private garage was very convenient in the small town! It was very easy to communicate with Lidia and she was very helpful if required. Finding the apartment and checking in was made so easy thanks to her! :) Since the apartment is located so close to the city center you can just leave the house by foot if you are looking to get some food or explore the old streets. Definitely a recommendation staying here! :)

My husband and I stayed for a week at Giovanni's house, a cozy home with everything you may need. The plus was getting to know the Host, a kind person who also helped us with great tips for a place to visit and restaurants to eat in. Thanks to the great location we visited the entire south of Sardinia, from Sant antioco to villasimius. The apartment is in a very nice villa complex, we stayed at Easter and we were able to fully appreciate the peace of this place, a 4-minute walk you can find a supermarket, shops, bars, tobacco, pizzeria. The beach is a 5-minute walk away, there's also a lovely bar for a nice beer by the sea. The apartment is equipped with air conditioners, a very nice terrace, two smart TVs, washing machine and everything you may need. We felt at home, thank you for enriching our trip. We had wonderful days at this fantastic place. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need, very clean and our personal highlight was the terrace with an incredible view of the sea that invites you to linger! The property is very quietly located on a mountain - a rental car is an advantage, but the beach can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. Communication with Mike went smoothly and quickly. He had answers to all our questions at lightning speed.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is perfect for visiting the beautiful beaches around. Our favorite was a small cave like beach close to Porto Pinetto. Our daughter enjoyed a lot the cats and chickens of the very nice neighbor lady.

Great location in the very heart of the city near to the marina and to the old town. However proximity has its price: it's noisy even in the nights. One should well assess their priorities. The place is very spacious, comfort and interestingly designed, with high cieling that creats a sense of aristocratism. Everithing needed is available, incl. sun umbrella that saves money for renting such on the beach. Maurizio is a great host, very friendly and quickly answering and providing valuable insights.

Beautiful ocean view in quaint town of Costa Rei. This spot was close to all the beaches I wanted to see and near great restaurants in the town. Lorenzo was very attentive and had clear instructions to get to the place. The home itself is very cute and clean and had a modern bathroom. I would stay here again on future visits to Sardinia!

Massimo's vacation home is a bit remote, a gravel road leads a few hundred meters along the coast to this cozy and quiet spot. The Spaggia dei Francesi (small lagoon with crystal clear water and fine-grained, white sand) is about 200 m from the house. The garden with pool and large barbecue area is surrounded by a protective wall. The vacation home offers plenty of space and is ideal for a stay with two families or a group. We sincerely appreciate Massimo's hospitality! Glad to come back!

A beautiful home located in a quiet area, well-connected to the town centre, buses for other cities in Sardegna, and the summer beach shuttle. Highly, highly recommended

Our stay was wonderful! From check in to check out we were so pleased. Clean, incredible location (close to the train, bus stops, beautiful views of the city, marina etc. , and wonderful amenities! Gian Franco and his daughter greeted us and his lovely daughter exchanged numbers with us in case we needed any help in English. She also gave us great restaurant recommendations. They were warm and hospitable. We cant recommend it enough! Thank you Gian Franco and Eli!

Great stay. Close to old centre of Oristano. Peaceful area. Convenient on-site parking. Spotlessly clean apartment & very well fitted out with everything we needed.

We had a great week at the accommodation. It is very nice and large enough for a family with two children. The terrace is lovely. The accommodation is located on a quiet street with parking space. You have to take the car for all activities, the surroundings are not suitable for walking. The Gulf of Orosei from Arbatax is splendid! We also recommend Lido di Orri beach, beautiful!

The house is really very nice and the patio with the terrace opens to the sea giving an enchanting view for the show of the different colors of water at various times of the day and the magic of the sunset and the moon! The house both inside and outside, despite the signs of the passage of time, maintains a sought-after charm and an extremely welcoming atmosphere. Carlotta, whom we thank again, is a very helpful and affable host who has supported us before and during the holiday to the best of her possibilities. The beauty of the place helped to bear the absence of air conditioning and Carlotta's kindness made us overcome the inconvenience of the very uncomfortable access staircase for luggage and travel: Carlotta personally helped us with our suitcases at check-out and we asked her to highlight in the listing with description and photos the ramps of access stairs. Lovely apartment does not do enough what it really is, in the house we found everything we could need, great location both for its proximity to the beaches and downtown. Claudia was very kind and recommended us both for the rental and for the best beaches, highly recommended
