It has 3 bedrooms, the main one en suite, with a bathroom, a furnished dressing room and a safe even for a computer. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a spacious bathroom, and there is also a toilet for lounge service. We have free parking and a garden area. For an additional price of 45 euros per night, up to 1 more guest can be accommodated.

Our cozy 50m2 apartment is located in the Orcasitas neighborhood, in the southwest area on the outskirts of Madrid. The city center (Sol) is about 13km away, approximately 30/40 min by public transport using tren station Orcasitas or 20 min by car. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, you can enjoy your visit in Madrid as a tourist or for business trips. Accommodation is available for short-term stays and requires the signing of a lease agreement.

Enjoy a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment. Although it's not in the centre, it's very well connected. I'll give you the exact directions to get to the centre. It's very easy. You can be at Atocha Station in about 17 minutes. From here, you can connect to the metro, to the rest of Madrid's commuter trains and to several bus lines. You can also walk to the Paseo del Prado, where the main museums are, or to El Retiro Park, which is five minutes away.
