Un oasis de calma en el centro de Madrid, con aire acondicionado. Piso de lujo recién reformado con las mejores calidades, con muebles de diseño y lámparas de Murano, y mármol. Muy luminoso, con una terraza llena de plantas tropicales, en la que disfrutar de un buen desayuno o relajarse con una copa de vino. Uso no turístico de corta duración. Bien situado, al lado del parque de Madrid río y Matadero, a 15 minutos andando de Sol, Museo Reina Sofía, El Rastro, y la estación de tren de Atocha.

This is a special apartment I am sharing in Airbnb- It's pretty unique as it has a full open-air patio (which you can cover for privacy) , as an additional outdoor space for dining, relaxation, etc. ) The full apartment is +80 m2 (plus 20m2 patio) and 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms- one ensuite Fun fact: in the early part of the 20th century, the patio area was used as a barn for horses before cars became prevalent in the city). Area is great- city center in between Malasaña and Justicia
