Le Collet is a small oyster-farming port, located between Pornic (12 km) and the Île de Noirmoutier (35 km from the Île d'Yeu ferry terminal). The house is located in the village 5 minutes from the Velocéan circuit and the train station, 45 minutes by car from Nantes.
