You can enjoy a beautiful 8000 m2 garden, with a 6X12 heated swimming pool and a fully equipped summer kitchen (in summer), a petanque court, barbecue and very large table for family dinners. The house is 10 minutes from Saint-Fargeau Castle, 20 minutes from Guedelon Castle and the very nice Toucy market.
