A few kilometers from Toucy and its market but also not far from Auxerre, the medieval site of Guedelon or the Château de St-Fargeau, it is the perfect place to disconnect for a weekend or more. Beautiful village house 1h30 from Paris in the middle of the countryside to spend weekends and holidays with family or friends. You can enjoy a beautiful 8000 m2 garden, with a 6X12 heated swimming pool and a fully equipped summer kitchen (in summer), a petanque court, barbecue and very large table for family dinners. The house is 10 minutes from Saint-Fargeau Castle, 20 minutes from Guedelon Castle and the very nice Toucy market.

Beautiful fully renovated apartment located in the center of the village, on the first floor of a townhouse, ideal for a pied-à-terre in Puisaye, to visit the surroundings, visit your loved ones, or a stopover on your way… Champignelles is a quiet village but you will find many small shops (bakery, bar-tobacconist, pharmacy, supermarket, grocery store, hairdresser, pizzeria….). Most of these shops are within walking distance.

The Lodge

On the ground floor, a very bright 60 m² lodge, with all modern comforts, in the heart of nature and in a peaceful setting. You can make the most of the hanging bed. Large windows give you a view of the pond with its fountain in summer. Its entirely hand-crafted corded wood wall is exceptionally charming. Separate from my home, the Lodge is set in lush green surroundings.
