Enjoy this charming maisonette with a shaded outdoor area as a family and a private parking space. Very quiet area not far from the beach, which can be reached by bike or car. The salt pans are a 5-minute walk away, and the scenery is beautiful. The village is right next door, and Montpellier can be reached in 15 minutes by car. The accommodation also has a storage room for bicycles and other items. Bikes can be borrowed on site for €5 per day.

We welcome you in a pretty 30 m2 wooden house, in a small quiet village near Montpellier, the beaches and its hinterland rich in beautiful cultural discoveries. Lovely House a stone's throw from the sea

Charming, air-conditioned, non-smoking detached house in a quiet area, with a garden equipped with sun loungers, an outdoor table and a barbecue. A great setting to relax . 3km from the beach and the historic center of Montpellier, bright south facing house that can accommodate 4 people only (2 double beds 140x190 ). Visitors are not allowed. For hygiene, no pets. No additional outdoor installations or events (e.g. loud music, processions) are permitted.

Hi , we offer an independent furnished F2, with terrace and parking, within our house with pool. Private entrance, individual kitchen and shower room, complete equipment and quality bedding. Tram 3 min walk, 15 min from St Roch train station and Place de la Comédie, its strong point is its very privileged location, with direct access to shops, market, and city center, while enjoying century-old trees, preserved wildlife, and the soothing 3300 m2 park.

Great place to recharge your batteries, come with family or friends or for a seminar. Our family lives on the property (Our house is at the north end of the building) the tenants live at the south end of the building. As a result, parties and (loud) music are forbidden.
