Charming and comfortable 45 m2 apartment, on the 1st floor of our house with access via an independent external staircase. Located in a cul-de-sac with private parking, we are in the center of the village (all shops nearby) and 3 km from the beach. On the shores of the Mediterranean, Villeneuve-lès-Maguelone is in the heart of a protected natural area, between Montpellier, Palavas-les-Flots and Sète. A very beautiful environment with its wild beach, medieval cathedral and pink flamingos.

Completely renovated, this modern loft is composed of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed of 180 and the other with 2 single beds. A large fully equipped kitchen opens to the living room with fireplace and overlooks a large private terrace that is enclosed and not overlooked. Guests can enjoy the pool area which includes a large swimming pool but also a paddling pool for the little ones, a summer kitchen with gas bbq and brazier We are located in the countryside and a vehicle is required.

Shared swimming pool in the residence from early June to mid-September (free, closes on 13 September). The accommodation has an air conditioner placed at the top of the stairs towards the bedroom. Sheets are included and the bed is made on arrival, as well as a basic set of cleaning products (washing-up liquid, sponges, toilet paper, hand soap, rubbish bags)

Your self-catering home is at the end of the house ( inhabited by the owners), on one level, in a 2 hectare park. It includes kitchen, private terrace, garden furniture, 1 bedroom and a living room, which serves as a bedroom (see map). Each room has a private bathroom and toilet. The swimming pool (6x12m), not private is accessible 5 hours per day (to be defined).
