Maison Marcks Champagne | Old Town Ay

It is not known which year the house was built but its antique oak beams throughout the building date from at least early 1600's. Tall ceilings offer a spacious and airy yet very cosy space across three floors. The courtyard has a lunch/dining area as well as a lounge area under roof by the open fire place - you have private access to this tranquil and magical space. Maison Marcks is a comfortable and exclusive home to stay in while exploring Champagne and its many legendary vineyards.

Take a break and enjoy a peaceful stay in our studios in the heart of the Côte des Blancs. Les Galipes is a charming, self-contained 30 m² studio, perfect for two people. In the village of Avize, with easy access to Épernay. The studio is located on the Champagne TAILLEUR REMY vineyard, offering an authentic experience in the heart of the Champagne region. We also offer the Valérinna studio, located on the same property. Great for two guests.

The Bubble Barn

Located in the heart of the vineyards of the Reims Mountain, the Grange à Bulles was designed to welcome you and make your stay unforgettable. It is located 10 minutes from Reims, and 20 minutes from Epernay by car, close to several UNESCO World Heritage sites. La Grange à Bulles can accommodate 5 guests with its two bedrooms and their private bathrooms, and its sofa bed. A private HOT TUB will allow you to relax at your leisure.

Located 10 minutes from Reims, our apartment is composed of a large living room with equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with sofa bed, TV (flat screen) and Wi-Fi. A bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a bathroom with separate toilet. In addition, you benefit from secure parking (vehicle and bike) inside our property. For health and allergy reasons, no pets are allowed in this home.

I was born and have always lived in Passy-sur-Marne, so when the castle in my village was for sale, I didn't hesitate for a moment to acquire it. This castle, in ruins and uninhabited for several centuries, has found a new life thanks to work that began some twenty years ago. You will have a beautiful apartment with a south-facing terrace and stunning views of the Marne Valley.
