Located in a small wine-growing village less than 10 km from Reims, Gîte l'Effervescence is a former winemakers' house measuring 150 m², dating from 1923. Completely renovated in 2023, it offers peace and quiet. To get things off to a great start, a bottle of Champagne will be waiting for you, kept cool! You can stroll through the vineyards and the forest, visit our winery in Pouillon (by appointment), and sample our Champagnes… Ideal for a stay with family or friends, or for a business trip.

Quiet in the countryside

Independent and spacious accommodation with an unobstructed view. As nature lovers in search of peace and quiet, we acquired this old farmhouse located in a green setting, surrounded by pasture, a pond and a stream. We have completely renovated the main house and carefully fitted out the barn. The exterior improvements are not yet finished (façade and courtyard), but the place is already very pleasant. The accommodation is located in Bouvancourt, a charming little village 20 km from Reims.

It is not known which year the house was built but its antique oak beams throughout the building date from at least early 1600's. Tall ceilings offer a spacious and airy yet very cosy space across three floors.
