Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Have breakfast on the terrace with a fantastic view over the Danube Valley. With the right weather conditions, the Alpine panorama opens up - and that's in the middle of Lower Bavaria. Relax in a newly renovated, light-flooded guest apartment (40 sqm). The location at 520 m above sea level near the three-river city of Passau (18 km), the Bavarian Forest, the spa triangle (30 min) and the Western city of Pullman City (10 min) is the perfect starting point for a wide variety of leisure activities.

Enjoy the peace and quiet at our idyllically situated farm in the Rottal region of Lower Bavaria. You will sleep in a shepherd's wagon, located on a meadow at the edge of our garden, nearby a pavilion. It is equipped with a fold-out sofa bed, a table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating, and a kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, a hot plate, a filter coffee machine, a kettle, and tableware. A full guest bathroom in the main farmhouse is available for your use.
