Space is attached to the main house with a locked door. Hosts live in the main house completely remodeled one bedroom one bath with a queen size bed and a private entrance. an abundance of amenities, including your own personal heat and A/C. Courtyard has a bistro set and swing. No access to the backyard. There is no smoking anywhere on the property. Located near old town, restaurants, wineries and our new Sky River Casino. Property also has ring cameras on porch and garage for added security.

(A) Room with TV w/streaming, mini-fridge, & more

House is located on a private road out of view of the public street. It's quiet and clean. The room (room A) has a queen-size bed that can fit 2 people, which inclines and vibrates. It also comes with a mini-fridge, dresser, closet, night stand, and smart TV w/paid streaming services provided at no additional cost to you. If you need to book 3 people, I can provide another bed. I have 2 cats that are allowed to leave the house and return as they please, so there is no litter box and no smell.

Enjoy this remodeled room with new radiant-heated flooring, a large shower, and a comfortable queen bed. You'll have a private entrance, room, bathroom, and even a private parking spot. In the summer, we have a whole-house fan that runs at night, bringing in cool delta breezes.

There is plenty of parking on the street near the house. Parking in front of neighbors is not recommended. The room is located on the second floor of the house, all locks are combination locks, and guests can enter and exit freely. The shared area is equipped with a microwave, free coffee and purified water. We apologize for not being able to accommodate other customers considering their dislike of animals and their hair allergies.

Note: Before booking, please know that this is a quiet family neighborhood and we ask that noise be kept at a respectful level, especially outside and after dark.
