Prostor Kuća za odmor nalazi se u primorskom selu Vinisce. udaljen je samo 22 km od grada Trogira koji je pod zaštitom UNESCO-a. Kuća pruža idealno polazište za istraživanje cijele regije Sjeverne i Srednje Dalmacije. Nacionalni parkovi Kornati i Krka udaljeni su samo nekoliko sati vožnje. Gradovi Šibenik i Split udaljeni su samo 45 min vožnje od kuće. Mjesto je idealno za obitelji s djecom ili malu skupinu prijatelja. Ako ste u potrazi za mirnim i opuštnim odmorom ovo je pravo mjesto za vas. Seoska luka s kristalno čistom morem udaljena je samo pet minuta (250m) od kuće. Gostima je na raspolaganju privatni parking sa tri slobodne mjesta.. Kuća ima veliku terasu s pogledom na bazen. U vanjskom prostoru nalazi se kameni otvoreni kamin s blagovaonskim stolom i stolicama te ležaljkama . Na prostoru gornje terase nalazi se i mini fitness centar.Osim toga, nekretnina se sastoji od tri spavaće sobe s dvije kupaonice sa, prostranim dnevnim boravkom i potpuno opremljenom kuhinjom. Dostupno gostima Možete uživati u svom odmoru u svim dijelovima kuće.

Apartman br. 4 nalazi se u obiteljskoj kući u Vinišću. Uz kuću i apartman je bazen s unutarnjim stepenicama, teren za mini golf, sjenica s garniturom za sjedenje i biljarom, košarkaški teren, roštilj na otvorenome i parkiralište. Unutrašnjost apartmana se sastoji od dvije sobe, kuhinje s dnevnim boravkom, kupaonicom i hodnikom. Soba je opremljena s krevetima vrhunske kvalitete i udobnosti. Apartman je idealan za četiri osobe, a peta po potrebi može biti dijete koje bi spavalo na pomoćnom ležaju.

Our simple, cozy, small 2 bedroom holiday house is 30 m from the beach, secluded & isolated , in a beautiful and quiet location, near the town of Trogir (a Croatian hotspot). There is a huge terrace, next to a mediterranean garden with a BBQ (grill) to enjoy your free time. You have the whole place just for yourselves! You can not come to the house with your car! The parking is free public parking on the street around 35 m away from the house.
