“Relax, experience culture, swimming, mountains and all just 20 meters from the sea and with incredibly hospitable hosts. The holiday in the house of Ivan and his family was for us like visit of favorite relatives or very good friends. The house has everything you need and more! It is located in a village and is good for the tourists who want to leave the Altagstrubel behind. Food is quickly bought by car in Posedarje. A small shop with basic food and two restaurants can also be found in the village. Who wants shopping malls or something more action, should then go out to Zadar. The village is a great starting point for all possible trips to both national parks (Krka, Velebit, Kornati and Plitvice) as well as to the cities of Split and Trogir etc. Especially to note the hosts are: Always there, helpful and very friendly. Ivan we thank you for everything and greetings to all of you. Hope to see you soon :)”
Situated in the center of picturesque Mediterranean village my completely newly renovated place offers wide variety of activities: explore dozen of nearby beaches just a short walk away, plan your trips to close national parks including Paklenica, Krka and Plitvice falls or just relax and enjoy on private pool. Ideal for families with kids. Furry friends are welcome free of charge :)
“A very nice semi-detached house with all the necessary facilities in a small fishing village. At the place you are definitely dependent on a car, but still you will find in the village itself the most necessary of catering facilities. The pool is cleaned regularly by the cleaning lady and the trash cans are regularly emptied, which we have appreciated. In the area there are some smaller beaches, which were quite empty in the low season in September. The check-in and check-out were made by the cleaning lady, who barely speaks English or German, but still it was very good and uncomplicated.”
Great little villa with magnificant panoramic sea view and on the Velebit mountain. It is of 50m2 and consist of two bedrooms, SWC, kitchen, living and dinnig area. It is furnished in greek, mediterranean style with high quality furniture and fully kitchen equipped with high quality appliances. There is a great pool area and great roof sundeck on the top of the house. Grill, free parking, WIFI at disposal for our guests. Small Pet are welcome with additional charge.
“We can only thank Danijela and Edwin for everything! The service left nothing to be desired. Everything was taken care of. They were always available and there were nice tips (language: English) for the leisure activities. Without question, the location of the house on the hillside directly opposite the Paklenica Nature Park is a small sensation. A better location over the bay you can hardly have. It is also a place of absolute tranquility. If you want to relax by the pool or the roof terrace, here has its place. Who necessarily the Internet (out of dependence or because then you still have to work) needs .... also the wireless works here, in the middle of nature, impeccable. In addition, one of the most beautiful little harbor towns (Vinjerac) of the area is less than a 5 minute drive away. Here there is a small shop, a café (Mornari) with really very good maintained coffee and also a restaurant (Konoba Pece) that you should visit in any case. Small bays and beaches can be found, if you go off the main road to explore. If you do not have time for this, you may call it Maslenica or Posedarje. Of course, Zadar is also worth a recommendation and a visit. Tip for dog owners: The Villa Anna is ideal for dogs. The house is completely surrounded by a wall, if your fur nose likes to go on an "expedition". People are generally friendly to dogs, and in most places it's no problem to take them with them. You should still ask questions. "Beaches" with a dog are rare but expelled. However, there are stone or pebble beaches and not really suitable for every dog. But whoever seeks, finds. Thank you for 2 very nice weeks! Wolfgang, Pia and Lika”
