Damir was always able to respond very quickly to our requests. He was very nice and was available. The accommodation was as described, large, well oriented with a good location close to the sea and the center. Beautiful new apartment, stunning views, extremely clean, really comfortable beds and good communication. We especially enjoyed the weekly laundry service for towels and bed linens. Can definitely recommend!

Great place to stay! Warm welcome and insanely great view! The place was modern and well-equipped and there was nothing missing, even though we were guests for 10 days. It was without exception sparkling clean, fresh and to feel good, as we had never known from any accommodation before!!! Everything was very lovingly designed and new towels were provided after a few days. We also got nice little things like chocolate and delicious, homemade baklava on rainy days, which we were very happy about. The hosts are very friendly and gave us good recommendations for the area. We (family of 4) had a wonderful stay at House Paola. The accommodation is a small cottage, with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The living & dining room is large enough for a relaxing TV evening and for eating in bad weather. Everything necessary is available in the kitchen. The air conditioning upstairs near the bedrooms was really worth gold at up to 37 degrees in August. The pool, which is exclusive to the property, also offered a wonderful cooling and was also very well maintained. Vedrana is very nice and always helpful. Our kids no longer wanted to separate themselves from Vedrana's lovely dogs. The location is very quiet and you can enjoy the warm summer evenings on the terrace. You can drive to the beach about 10 minutes by car, which was completely fine for us, as we preferred the tranquility in Vinodol to the overcrowded beach resorts.

You arrive and immediately feel comfortable. A wonderful, peaceful, very quiet place with a very special flair. The house is perfectly furnished and offers everything you could ever want. The garden is a dream and you are surrounded by a beautiful forest. This was certainly one of the best places I've ever booked. This is such a place you'd rather never leave. The village of Griziane with a shop and a small bar is not far from the house and you are in Grikvenica on the house beach in 10 minutes where there are a number of restaurants and shops. We did a lot and explored a lot and it was wonderful to return to this special place every time. Maya was very responsive and very nice and likeable and she gave us many tips. We had a fantastic time at this place! The house is beautifully decorated, clean and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. We especially liked the balcony with beautiful views. The location is ideal – quiet yet close to many beautiful excursion destinations and restaurants. The hostess was extremely friendly and helpful. From uncomplicated communication to quick responses to questions to great tips for the area – there was nothing missing. We felt very comfortable here and will definitely be back. The stay at Villa Kathy was perfect, everything was as described and also everything was there to stay longer, I can only say that there will be a Villa Kathy 2.0 on our part, we felt very comfortable there and will definitely book this place again, thanks also for the good process and thanks also to Anita she managed everything very well..... Unrestricted recommendation on our part, our conclusion is that if you want a luxury vacation where nothing is missing, this place with this villa is the right one.
