The place is touristy, about 800 meters from the apartment there is a shop, post office, inn, cafe, children's playground, Church, and you can get to everything by walking along the lake. The place also has a restaurant that is about a kilometer away from the apartment. The apartment has conditions for the stay of digital nomads. From the apartment you can walk to a vegetarian restaurant. The apartment has a high chair for toddlers and babies.

This stone villa was built in 1893. and renovated in 2021. It consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and it can accommodate up to 6 persons. On the groundfloor there is kitchen with a dining area. On the first floor there is spacious living room with TV, 2 bathrooms and 1 bedroom. 2 bedrooms are in the loft. There is a small gym in the groundfloor with bathroom. Outdoors you will find a covered terrace with outdoor kitchen, barbecue, dining area and a Jacuzzi in the middle of the garden.
