Lovely cottage of 90m ² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a lovely common area with a bathing jetty during the summer months. There is no water view from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, dish towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom some underfloor heating that is on when the power is cheap. The garden is completely secluded with room for games, sports, and games.

The apartment is located in a 3-long farm, the completely newly renovated and is located in the middle of the most beautiful nature right up the forest and lakes with lots of wildlife. The apartment has everything you need and perfect for vacation and as a base for your experiences. There are many experiences nearby and is only 35 minutes from Copenhagen and 20 minutes to Roskilde and Holbæk. There is a small garden where games can be grilled and played. The accommodation in the cozy shed at the bottom of a villa garden. Once you find your private parking spot, you will walk along a small private path Summer evenings can be enjoyed by the fire pit. During the stay, you have your own toilet/bath, which is in the main house, with a private and secluded entrance to the bathroom. The home is a few hundred meters from the water. The city center is about 2 km away. Please note there are no actual kitchen amenities for the stay, but there is a mini fridge and some plates/cutlery

The train station and harbor are 1.5 km from the apartment. The trip into Copenhagen takes 40 minutes by train and 45 minutes by car. Great for, friends, coworkers or a couple. Do you have children (0 +) count as an extra person. Note: no hot water in the kitchen - though in bathroom. Electric kettle and dishwasher are available in kitchen.

Tiny Søhøj er en lille hytte, der står midt i Nationalpark Skjoldungernes Land. Du har hytten for dig selv, der er et lille køkken, spiseplads og dobbeltseng. Der kan stilles en gæsteseng op, hvis I vil have en ekstra seng. Du kan se solen stå op over Østenbjerg og nyde den smukke udsigt over marker, enge og skoven. Her er havørne og ugler, frøer, der kvækker i mosen, nattergale i buskadserne på engen, og gøgen der kukker. Der er toilet og bad i en seperat bygning, og det deles med andre.

Fjordgarden - Guesthouse

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.

The home has its own private entrance, separate from the rest of the yard, and offers a large, atmospheric balcony overlooking the water and Holbæk town. Here, the nearest neighbour is a horse paddock and a roe deer that regularly stops by. The home also has a cozy, private garden where you can enjoy the tranquility and nature around you.
