All-room with two sofa groups, one with views and the other in the TV corner. A large, fancy wooden dining table. Cute, practical kitchen. Double bed downstairs with ensuite. Double bed upstairs, as well as a smaller bedroom that shares a toilet and shower. Own washing machine and dryer. Winter rentals can be searched through another ad.

Charming and comfortable near Visby

Relax together in a comfortable accommodation in a charming environment. Fully modernized wing building (completely renovated in 2021) in an older style, about 15 minutes from Visby. 15 km to popular Tofta beach. 2 bathrooms, kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, etc. TV and fast broadband. Terrace in southwest location with exit from the living room. The separate lawn next to the terrace is free to use. BBQ available. Non-smoking, no pets. Upon arrival by late ferry, later check-in may be agreed.

Inside the wall, the best location.

This house is right in the middle of the ring wall! The house was originally built in the 19th century afterwards it was built in during the 60s, the retro feel is well preserved. The house has a cozy garden to sit outside in and it is only a small stone's throw down to the main square with its cozy restaurants. We welcome everyone to our home! At fantastic Fridhem, about 5 km south of Visby, is this fresh accommodation with both private parking and a secluded location on a scenic plot. The beach at Fridhem is only a 5-minute walk away and barely two kilometers north you will find the children's favorite, Kneippbyn. Huset har 45 kvm boendeyta, är utrustat för självhushåll, har året runt standard med värmeslingor i betonggolvet. Trevlig uteplats med matgrupp, grill, solstolar och solsängar. 5 km till flygplats och golfbana, 3 km till Själsö bageri, 300 m till populära Krusmyntagården med restaurang, butik och konserter med stora artister, 200 m till sandstrand och allmän badplats.

Huset, från 1700-talet, ligger 10km från Visby och 10 min promenad till Brissunds strand och fiskeläge och Krusmyntagården. Själsö bageri ligger ca 5km bort. Det finns två sovrum (en dubbel+ två enkelsängar) samt modernt kök med diskmaskin, grill och uteplats (sommartid) med stor trädgård. Två vardagsrum med öppna spisar. Brant trapp – större hundar kan behöva hjälp. Endast sittdusch pga snedtak. Det ligger lantligt och ostört men nära till stan. Vi bor i lilla flygeln med separat ingång.
