The large living room with open up to the ridge has room for both dinner and hanging out. There is a terrace where you can enjoy a good meal while you can hear the waves and gaze out over the sea and the Karlso Islands. If you want to take a dip, you can do it in the beautiful pool. There's also a sunroom for a rainy summer day.

On the roof of the property there is access to a communal pool and tennis courts. We only rent to well-behaved tenants. You must be smoke and pet free and respect the rules of conduct. If you are interested, write and tell us about yourself. We reserve the right to refuse tenants who do not have documented good reviews.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a bedroom furnished with two out together twin sized beds, and a sofa bed. There is wifi (100/100) and a tv. Just outside the door is a swimming pool and a common area for barbeque to enjoy in the hot summer evenings. Check-in at 16.00 time may be possible, message host too see what can be arranged.

The house is 112 sqm (100 sqm inside) and there is also an additional building with a bedroom of 10 sqm that you can rent. The house is located in Gnisvärd, just a 15-minute drive from central Visby. From the residence, you can get to Visby Golf Club in 12 minutes by car, which in 2020 was voted Sweden's best Golf Club.
