In the master bedroom, there is a double bed plus closet, and in the small bedroom two single beds. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two people. In the kitchen there is a kitchen table for 6 people and the kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher. The balcony has a lounge part, as well as a dining table. Shared pools, as well as two tennis courts are located in the house. There is also a barbecue area on the ceiling.

The area is quiet and peaceful and has a lot to offer for the whole family. Among other things, nature reserves, fishing, illuminated trails, restaurants and nice beaches, the nearest is just a few minutes walk away. On the roof, you will find 3 pools (open June-August), outdoor shower and 2 tennis courts. To the wall, it is only 5 minutes by car, 25 minutes by bike or 50 minutes walk along the sea

On the roof of the property there is access to a communal pool and tennis courts. We only rent to well-behaved tenants. You must be smoke and pet free and respect the rules of conduct. Ett unikt & lyxigt boende! Villan, som är byggd 2022, ligger på ett privat läge med fri utsikt mot äng och skogsområde samt har alla bekvämligheter man kan önska sig. Under sommarhalvåret är det solläge från morgon till kväll. På gång- och cykelavstånd finns Tofta Strand samt Gnisvärds Fiskeläge med flera restauranger, stenugnsbageri, minigolfbana, uthyrning av kite, surfbrädor, padelbana, tennisbana, utegym, livsmedelsbutik mm. I vårt boende ingår även en elcykel med lastutrymme. Välkomna!
