The kitchen is well-equipped with machines from Husqvarna and solid dining table. Wood-burning stove is available. There are five bedrooms with two beds in each bedroom. Underfloor heating in the whole house. Two bathrooms, washing machine and dryer are available. The guest house has one bedroom and a sofa bed. Older charming villa in quiet residential area in southern Visby for rent to a family with children (not party people). The house consists of four bedrooms, kitchen and living room with older style, carpenter's delight and stairs (not wheelchair accessible). Architect summer villa east coast Gotland.

Perfect summerhouse for a restful stay only a 5 minutes walk from the beach. Sandviken beach is a long sandy beach and considered one of Gotland absolute best. Stay 2 families or a group of friends. These houses are from 2018 so the standard is really high. In the area you will find restaurants and nice nature places to visit. One of Gotlands best restaurants "Krakas" is about 10 miles from the houses. Also the small summer towns Katthammarsvik and more wellknown Ljugarn is close within range.

This fantastic house is located inside the citywalls of Visby. The main house is 105 sqm and there is also a 25 sqm guest house. In total we offer 4 bedrooms with 2 beds in each and 3 baths. The house was originally built in the 1700s but has been renovated during the past years and now accomodates full standard kitchen including fridge, freezer, dish- and washing machine. The garden is surrounded by walls and offers great surroundings. Everything is close from here yet with a calm athmosphere.

Spacious newly renovated villa in southern visby perfect for the family with children. The villa is located in a peaceful residential area with the forest next to the plot boundary. Scenic areas around, including exercise tracks, outdoor gyms, etc. You can also stay with two very nice cats who come and go as they please, they have a cat door and a feed dispenser. Hot tub in bathroom and Spa bath outdoors. It takes about 30-40 minutes to walk to the city center. Bike 15 min. Car 5 min.

Welcome to our unique house with its flourishing garden, located in Visby's most photographed alley.
