1. Excellent penthouse in the center of Madrid

This charming Duplex, 5 minutes from Tribunal and 10 from Gran Vía, in the heart of downtown. It is spacious and with a very careful decoration. Very discreet apartment, no neighbors in front, with great views of everything Madrid, direct elevator inside. It has two terraces with plants, a pond with fish. Antique furniture, unique pieces, wifi, TV screen cinema, Prime, Netflix, 3 air conditioners, etc. House with a lot of peace. There are two bedrooms and an XL bed in the loft. PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED

Un oasis de calma en el centro de Madrid, con aire acondicionado. Piso de lujo recién reformado con las mejores calidades, con muebles de diseño y lámparas de Murano, y mármol. Muy luminoso, con una terraza llena de plantas tropicales, en la que disfrutar de un buen desayuno o relajarse con una copa de vino. Uso no turístico de corta duración. Bien situado, al lado del parque de Madrid río y Matadero, a 15 minutos andando de Sol, Museo Reina Sofía, El Rastro, y la estación de tren de Atocha.
