In a gated community with 24-hour security. More than 600 sq. meters of built area (flat), two integrated and independent house structures. We have a deck with a private pool, two leisure areas complete with a table, 5 large-screen smart TVs, fast internet, 2 barbecue grills, refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, beer maker, champagne maker and master suite with a whirlpool. The house is located 5 km before Gravatá (coming from Recife) on the 'Loteamento Ebenezer'. It has a terrace, a BBQ area and a garage, and there are many fruit trees on the property (such as mango, jackfruit, acerola, pitanga, ciriguela, guava, guava, cashew, coconut, araçá, sapotí, umbú, olive, grape).
