Small house

My place is good for couples and families. It is located in the center of a Rennes, Vitré, Fougères triangle: 25 min from Rennes, 20 min from Fougères and 15 min from Vitré. We are 1 hour from Saint Malo and Mont Saint Michel. You can park in the small courtyard just in front of the rental to get settled. Do not leave the car in this place during the day, it is our entrance. Parking possible in the church square 50 m above the accommodation.

Located in an enclosed garden, the accommodation is independent of the owners' home. It's small: 14 m2. Despite the proximity to the city center, the place is quiet. For short stays the cottage is perfect. The layout is simple, functional and warm. Only one person is accepted at this listing. Our guest must wear slippers. Following unpleasant experiences, a cleaning fee (€25) will be charged if the accommodation is not left clean.

Small charming house located in the Breton countryside. This quiet and peaceful place is perfect for unwinding. Close to Vitré, 30 mins from Rennes and Laval and 1 hour 15 mins from the coast. The house is non-smoking. (The capacity is 6 people maximum) This house has 2 bedrooms with double beds and a sofa bed in the main room for sleeping. Beautiful renovated and fully equipped country house, living room, two bedrooms, one bathroom, sleeps 5 people. Bed linen provided. Quiet, at the crossroads of Vitré, Fougères, Laval and Ernée, it is also 1 hour from Mont Saint Michel, 1 hour from Rennes, barely 4 hours from Paris. The hiking trail, the Haute Vilaine trail, is at the foot of the house and a nautical base 15 km away. A supermarket and bakery are 5 km away.
