Charming Champagne house on two levels in a village of 60 inhabitants, 8 min drive to Châlons-en-Champagne and 5 min to a large shopping area (cinema, skating rink, bowling, disco, children's playground, shops). The Cottage is located on the edge of the canal in Soulanges, in the enclosed garden (1,000 m²) and in the quiet of my house (former lock keeper's house). Direct access to the 30 m² single-storey cottage (independent entrance). For a business trip, a vacation or a weekend you will stay in a warm atmosphere. Pets are welcome! Note the possible presence of my dog June (4-year-old border collie) and my cat April, always in my presence.
