This farmhouse fully renovated in a contemporary style will seduce you with its impressive volumes and original furnishings. 230 m2, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, home theater, terrace, courtyard. Located in Domptail, a small village in "Les Vosges" in the heart of the Lorraine region. Quiet and relaxing place in the countryside. Closed to tourist places such as the Baccarat crystal factory, Luneville and its castle, Gerardmer and its lake, Saint-Die, Epinal or Nancy. Marie and Gabrielle, your hosts, are from the village and will be happy to advise you on things to do in the area. I bought a farmhouse in 2007 to turn it into a vacation rental house. After 3 years of renovation work it finally came together and the result is better than I ever dreamed of. I'm very proud of myself for this accomplishement. I would be very happy to welcome you in the house and I'm sure you'll have a wonderful time. Price shown is for the whole house per night or per week for up to six people. Minimum stay is 7 nights, arrival and departure on Saturdays only. Electricity will be charged separately based on consumption. Tourist tax 0.80€/day/adult. It was with great pleasure that we renovated this house while keeping its soul. Everything is designed to make sure that you do not miss anything. Equipped kitchen, stove, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, fridge, kitchenware, dishes. Salt, pepper, oil, vinegar... small grocery store on site: chips, sausage, chocolate, cake... local products. Very quiet and sunny place for long evenings. You will be cocooned with many amenities: 9x5 swimming pool from late May to late October (water temperature dependent on outdoor temperatures) Nordic whirlpool bath, Ping-Pong, Basketball hoop, 200m2 paved court, football field, trampoline, petanque, Bonzini table football, panoramic sofa, video projector. House on the lake, pleasant and quiet. Fireplace! Very comfortable for holidays or work. Terrace, garden, orchard accessible to guests. You will be 100 metres from the beach and the water sports centre (pedalo, canoe, etc.). A trail, popular with joggers and walkers, allows you to go around the lake (5 km). The city of Langres, less than 10 km away, will be appreciated for its rich heritage and shops. No shops in the village.
