With its own entrance, the garden and parking are shared with the accommodation on the ground floor. Located next to the main house where we live. Open spaces and mountain views. Close to beaches such as Usil, 1.5 km away. From Costa Quebrada, and 14 km from Santander. Supermarket less than 1 km away and restaurant 1.5 km away

Acogedora casa de madera para una pareja .Dotada de todos los servicios para sentirse como en casa . Cama de matrimonio, cama supletoria para un niño en el dormitorio sin coste adicional hasta los cuatro años de edad. El baño esta nuevo , salón con cocina , el apartamento dispone de un sofá cama para dos personas. La casa tiene un amplio porche y jardín ideal para descansar. Cambio de toallas cada 3 días , cambio de sábanas cada 5 días. Estamos a 3 km del centro de Santillana del Mar.

This cozy chalet overlooks the entire Bay of Santander and the famous Somo beach, which is just 500 meters away, an extensive sandy area with 8 km of fine sand. It is located a short walk from the Pedreña Golf Course, and the Somo ferries that will take you to Santander on a ride through the beautiful Bay. It has good communications and alternatives to enjoy the sports you like most: surfing, kite surfing, canoeing, jet skis, scuba diving, horseback riding, golf, hiking, etc.
