STUDIO adjoining - enclosed land. Summer pool

Studio adjoining the owners' house with independent access. Located on the hillside, with an unobstructed and panoramic view of the Ibie Valley and the mountains. Enclosed plot and close to the centre of Vallon (15 min walk). No smoking inside. The pool (from 06 to 09 depending on the weather) is treated with bio-uv ( so no chlorine or salt). Sunscreen is prohibited to preserve the water's balance. 2 dogs (medium size) and 3 cats in need of affection present in the property.

Quiet house with pool

You'll love my place because of the brightness and the comfort. My place is good for families, groups of friends. Bed linen is provided (except shower and pool towels). THE POOL (8 x 4 m) is secure. Free tennis 400 m from the house. WiFi in the house. (July August minimum week). ATTENTION (no parties or noisy evenings after 10:30pm to respect the neighborhood). For checkout times (for weeks departing on Saturday at 9 a.m., weekends on Sunday at 5 p.m.)

Small cottage just outside a village, with two bedrooms a big salon, kitchen and a private garden. You'll be in the truffle capital : Saint-Paul-Trois-Châteaux. We're just 2min away by car and 15min by foot from the village and a the very center a very touristic region. Ideal place for sports addicts, and "horse-bike-hithiking-canoeing-goodfood-lovers !
