It has its own little kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Our spacious apartment comes with two beds: One 140x200cm bed in the separate bedroom + one cosy bed right under the rooftop 140x200cm, accessible via a ladder High-Speed WLAN is included. Due to the historic old stairwell this apartment is not suitable for disabled people.

We provide you with an apartment in a central location. The A2 and A30 motorways, as well as Bad Oeynhausen main train station, can be reached in a few minutes. The Weser Cycle Path, the GOP Varieté-Theater and the Bali-Therme are in the immediate vicinity. The apartment has one bathroom with shower and wifi. The small kitchen is equipped with: dishwasher, stove, coffee machine, refrigerator, kettle, toaster. Since a dog lives in the house, others are also welcome.

Due to the good transport connections, this apartment is also particularly suitable for trade fair visitors, business people, fitters or also for motorcyclists on a big tour.

The apartment is located in a small district of Leopoldshöhe. Surrounding larger cities such as Bielefeld, Detmold, Lemgo, Bad Salzuflen, Herford are about 10 km away. The connection to the A2 is 4 km away. We live on the second floor. The apartment is on the first floor. The bed in the bedroom measures 140 × 200. Since many guests do not find this information, I would like to point out again that the maximum length of stay is 14 days.

Bei dem Gebäude handelt es sich um einen komplett sanierten Resthof in ruhiger Lage und doch nur 1,5 km vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Unser Haus liegt sehr nah am Weserradweg. Die Wohnung eignet sich für Urlauber, Monteure oder Geschäftsreisende.
