A house in the fields

The house is situated alone in a sea of fields, surrounded by the wind in a fantastic perennial garden. With the help of many artist colleagues and friends, this formerly unspectacular guesthouse from the 1990s was converted and renovated into a small oasis and a garden was created with the help of landscape designer Rainer Elstermann. In constant growth and change, an idyllic place was created - and is still being created - in which 10 people can be accommodated in the guest part.

The house with its oiled wooden floorboards from the region and colors by Farrow and Ball reflects a Baltic atmosphere that makes a vacation by the sea an experience. Only 600 m from the water. The private NORDICSPA consists of an electric sauna to be heated on the property in the shepherd's wagon and a hot tub, which is, as in Finland, to be heated with wood.

From the living room you have a magnificent view over the lake and the Riether Werder. The large garden is fenced, there is garden furniture and teak loungers, and for the little ones a sandbox and a swing.

It can accommodate a total of 8 people and is perfect for a vacation with family and friends. Enjoy summer days on the large terrace in the garden and go on an adventure to explore the island. The beautiful fireplace and sauna provide a cozy winter retreat. For workaholics, we have set up a fully equipped office.

This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m².
