Go right from the door to Keipen or other summit tours in the Sunnmøre Alps. Enjoy a short distance to popular hiking destinations such as Loen, Geiranger, Briksdalen and Ålesund. The cabin is only 10 minutes from Folkestad-ferga.

Gamlestova at Juv

Juv is much more than just house and bed! Gamlestova was the original farmhouse and has the same amazing views as Juvsøyna at Juv and Gamletunet at Juv. From the four-poster bed in the living room you can wake up to the sunrise and if you are lucky enough to follow a tourist boat on the way to Olden with your eyes. In the evening you can fire in the oven, feel the good heat, read a good book and fall asleep to the light of the flames and the sound from the wood-burning stove close by. NB! Outdoor hot tub and car charger are not included in rent price.

You can explore famous places such as Geiranger and Olden (approx. 2 hours), Loen with Loen Skylift (1.5 hours), the bird island Runde, Øye (1 hour) and the Jugendbyen Ålesund (1.5 hours), and take mountain hikes on foot or on skis to Slogen, Saudehornet, Liadalsnipa, Molladalen and Melshornet (can walk from the cabin). Close to several alpine and cross-country ski slopes.

Your parking space is in front of our house, and you go down an exterior staircase to your entrance. The entry has a big wardrobe. Next is the modern and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and washer dryer combo. Down the hallway is a bedroom with a 150x200cm bed and a big closet, and a living room with a sofa bed that pulls out to 140x200cm and a crib.
