A large 2 bedroom property which dates back to the 14th century. The property has been restored to enhance the ancient features, but has the latest amenities and conveniences for the guests. Perfectly situated in the village with its own off road parking yards away. The village has a boulangerie, a number of restaurants and, places to taste and purchase the fantastic Burgundy wine. All within easy walking distance. Easy access to Beaune and all the famous wine villages of Burgundy.

You can taste our great Burgundy wines in the vineyards that make the reputation of our region, visit the beautiful city of Beaune and the charming villages. You will also find very good restaurants and wine bars nearby

Complimentary breakfast, available in the accommodation. 3km. from the A6 (Dijon Sud), close to the bypass for quick access to the A31, A39, A36, A40. 15 min. to the center of Dijon. We have restored this authentic wine-maker's house as our family holiday home and like to share it with you. On the ground floor we have a kitchen with Lacanche hob, living room with fireplace and second smaller living room adjacent. There are 4 bedrooms: 3 in the main house. The 4th bedroom is in a separate studio. The outside space: a covered patio with bbq-area. At the back of the house a large swimming pool with view of the vineyards and garden.

At the crossroads of Santenay, the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune and the Maranges Valley, this charming 17th-century winegrower's house will comfortably accommodate 4 adults. Located among the vineyards, you will appreciate its calm, authenticity, pool, gardens and magnificent views. The safety of our facilities does not allow us to accept children under the age of 12 on the property.
