Top floor: living room, reading/study room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom. Landlord: uses the office!

Welcome to our bright and stylishly furnished studio in the south of Nuremberg! The 115 m² accommodation is centrally located and ideal for business travellers, trade fair visitors, family holidays or weekend trips. The Nuremberg Exhibition Centre can be reached on foot in about 10–15 minutes, and the nearest underground station in about 5 minutes. This is how you can quickly reach the city centre, the main train station or the airport. The motorway connection is also very good and only a few minutes away.

Our charming townhouse from the 19th century is in the heart of the Middle Franconian small town of Lauf a.d. Pegnitz right next to the historic Wenzelschloss. It combines old sandstone walls with an urban lifestyle. In the immediate walking distance is the city center with good shopping, top restaurants and cafes. In about 25 minutes you can reach the city center of Nuremberg, the airport or the Nuremberg fairgrounds. The hiking paradise of Franconian Switzerland is also not too far away.
