Very authentic and nice Greek place! Not in a very touristy neighborhood but very close to the subway station. Even if not mentioned there is AC in the living room which was highly appreciated! Theodoris was a super host, I highly recommend.

Clean, well-maintained housing, convenient location, proximity to tram tracks is a little confusing, but when you close the windows, the noise is not very audible. The host is friendly and helpful.

We arrived late in the evening due to issues with the plane. Giannis had already told me that the last bit was a climb, but even in the dark everything went fine. The first days there was a lot of wind and that set the shutters of the windows in motion, but when the wind goes down, it is wonderfully quiet. We slept wonderfully every day and discovered the rest of Athens from Neo Kosmos and ate in many places that Giannis had recommended. This was our first time Athens but what a nice city! We enjoyed it wonderfully. We haven't been home much but enjoyed the beautiful views every morning and late at night. This is not a luxury stay and it is not advertised by Giannis either. Top!

We had just flown in from one of the islands that very same day and stayed the night here before taking an early morning flight back home the next day. Nancy was very kind to offer to pick us up and drop us back at the airport the next morning for only a fraction of what the uber/taxi cost would've been. She even offered to help us order food delivery from local restaurants after knowing we were arriving late into the evening. 10/10 host!! The airbnb was super spacious, and very clean and tidy. Would definitely come back again, and would recommend to friends and family!

We had a fantastic stay at Konstantinos! A beautiful place, near the beach, which was paradise. Close to Athens and the temple of Poseidon. Konstantinos was a great host, quick respons and helped us really well. Hope we will return some time.

Perfect place to stay while in Athens. All the comforts of home while away from home!

There was plenty of space and things to do and a great view! The apartment was clean, but the high location of the place requires bragging, but it wasn't impossible. I recommend this place for an athletic party if you want to explore their surroundings and take trips on vacation, but especially for a group that values peace and privacy, and longs for a relaxed vacation together. :-)

Perfect base for exploring Athens, close to metro, Acropolis only a few stops, great local restaurants and recommendations. Apartment had a beautiful balcony and overall a nice escape from the busy city. Thank you, would happily stay again!

what a nice clean quiet and cozy place. the location is great too-close to metro trams buses that can take you pretty much anywhere in Athens.

The apartment is in a very nice, quiet, safe and historical area of Athens. The main attractions are a 10-minute walk away, as well as a metro station with which you can easily get to other points of the city. The apartment itself is well equipped, located on the first floor, because it is a little damp. All the essentials are nearby.
