Kores boutique houses - Ekaterini

The KORES boutique houses are an independent, self-catering lodging of two furnished residences that have been specially developed in a completely renovated multi-storey medieval building, in the traditional district of Topanas, on the western side of the old Venetian harbor of Chania.Both residences are enchanting houses with hospitable rooms in light and frugal lines. The harmony of spaces in levels, the arches, erratic walls, the galleries and Venetian walls that constitute a part of the house, create an astonishing cluster of medieval architecture in the two residences with the names "Aspasia" and "Ekaterini". "Aspasia" occupies the ground floor and the first floor of the lodging and consists of: The ground floor with a double bedded bedroom and another with a couch – bed, and a bathroom with open shower. The first floor with the living room, the dining room and open-plan kitchen, two bathrooms with closed showers, a master bedroom in the loft and a bedroom with two single beds below. "Ekaterini" occupies the second and third floor of the lodging and consists of: The second floor with the living room, dining room and open plan kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds, a den with the “Turkish” couch that can easily host a 5th individual in the residence if necessary and a bathroom with a closed shower. The rooms of the second floor have access to a garden with a dining table, six chairs and an umbrella offering ample shade. The third floor with a master bedroom and its private terrace with a couch, a patio table and sun beds give the opportunity to guests to enjoy relaxation in the sun and the unhindered views of traditional backstreets, roofs and lofts of buildings, and of the mountains in the south.

Aspasia's courtyard, Lakkoi, Chania, Crete

A quiet 60sqm house in the village of Lakkes, at an altitude of 500 meters, with a traditional atmosphere, with unobstructed views of the White Mountains of Crete, with two bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room with a kitchen, accommodating 4 people and their pet. The sunrise hits the yard and the windows of the house in the morning and bathes it in light. 20 minutes from the Samaria gorge, 30 minutes from Chania and 60 minutes to Sougia in the Libyan Sea and 10 minutes from the nearest supermarket.

Home for 5 people with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open plan living room-kichen which includes electric cooker and oven,fridge,toaster, water kettle. The house is located 30 meters from the sea and the nearest beach at 100 meters. The city center together and the port is 5 minutes by walking. Each room has air conditioning, free wifi is provided. The guests can enjoy their coffee or drink on the balcony overlooking the sea and the port.

Our cozy stone built home in the village "Kaloudiana Kissamos" is a perfect place for relaxing. We have renovated our grandparents home that was built in 1800 by our ancestors. It is in a perfect location close to the market of the village, at a distance of 200 meters. Away from the main road for quiet and relaxation! The narrow streets to get to the house impose a small car.
