The house is adjacent to a fenced garden with seating, swings for children, a barbecue, a smokehouse and an outdoor fireplace. The house is in a quiet part of the slope above the village. There is a grocery store, restaurants, bike and ski rentals, public transport and ski buses to Janské Lázně and Pec pod Sněžkou. In front of the house there is a dedicated parking lot for two vehicles of guests.

It includes a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with TV, a seating area, one single bed and a dining room. There are 2 more bedrooms, both with a double bed. One of them has a spacious balcony. The social facilities include a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. The building is available without the presence of the owner. A spacious garden is also available for free use.
