About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a mobile home for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it. So, if you are looking for nature, relaxing, reading, hiking etc... join us.

The "1A Chalet" with a large wellness area, bathtub with stunning view, terrace and indoor sauna is located at about 1600 hm, right in the holiday village in the ski area on the Koralpe. You can reach the lift, ski school and ski rental on skis or on foot! Directly from the chalet you can go on fantastic hikes or ski tours! The apartment lies in the old city center of Maribor. The location is very peaceful, quiet and there is also a beautiful terrace on which you can relax in every season of the year. The apartment is newly renovated and modernly decorated. Due to its location in the pedestrian zone there is no parking space directly in front of the apartment, however there is a payable parking lot called Slomškov trg, for which you can look up the prices and free parking hours on Acess for Guests.

Upon thorough renovation in 2021, the house has been adapted to the modern way of living, yet it retained its original charm and soul.
