Great stay, can recommend it for larger groups, like multiple families. Beautiful cozy and natural surroundings. The appliances could use a revamp and designer but that's why the price is so friendly.

We enjoyed the days with Angelika and her family on the farm very much. Above all, the opportunity to be able to play outside and jump trampoline was particularly enjoyed by the kids, so we were just in the yard for two days on our four-day trip. The kids were also allowed to ride the ponies, feed sheep and chickens, and even help out in the pasture when work was up. Thanks for the nice days :)!

We absolutely loved our stay in the house. It felt like a home away from home. Gabriela provided lots of information and quickly responded to any question we had. The area is so peaceful and there is lots to see and do. Thank you Gabriela and Sona!

We felt comfortable from the first moment. Nice contact with the family. Everything that was needed was available. On the terrace there was a gas grill at our disposal. Sun loungers available in large numbers. Even a bike shed was offered to us for our bikes. Anytime we would rent this house again!!!! It was a successful holiday!!!

A super chalet with mega views, a mega beautiful view of the mountains with really pure and great air. For people who want to enjoy complete peace and quiet, it's the best option. Our stay with Matthias was just great! He was super friendly, always available and really took care of everything – he even got us an oyster knife. Already in advance, he provided us with great restaurant tips and informed us about delivery options. Even the offer to bring ordered food to the cabin shows how attentive and helpful he is. The place itself was clean, rustic, and at the same time perfectly equipped. But the absolute highlight was definitely the private sauna and the hot tub! Relaxing there after a long day was simply unbeatable. The cottage offers absolute privacy in the middle of a breathtaking backdrop – pure nature! And the starry sky? Just amazing! We have rarely seen it so clearly and impressively. We would recommend everyone to book these extras – it's absolutely worth it! Thank you, Matthias, for the exceptional hospitality – we will be happy to come back!

Esther was a very welcoming and friendly host, who was very quick to respond. The apartment was firat-class; it was extremely spacious and beautifully decorated, with lots of kitchen items available. There was a lovely garden just outside the apartment for my dog to walk in when we got up each day. I would definitely love to stay there again.

Business trip brought us to this area again, and we immediately contacted Hannes, given how comfortable and well-catered we were last time. Everything was absolutely perfect again — from the arrangement and communication with Hannes to the superb accommodation. We look forward to our next visit and highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a top-notch stay in the area.

Doris was a very lovely and accommodating host, communication was impeccable and with the key box it was very easy to get into the place. Doris also gave a good tips for excursions. I appreciated that dogs were very welcome. The place looks like the photos. Wifi was also provided. The place is great to unwind and relax for a few days, the outdoor area is very nice. If I had another wish, it would be that the coffee maker and dishwasher work. Otherwise everything is great.

We spent 10 days of summer vacation here House is very exceptional! The roof terrace was the highlight for us! The location of the house just down the road first irritated us a bit, but we were mostly on the road during the day and still felt comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. In the village there is a bakery, café and Edeka, which is very convenient. You are also quickly in Passau and there are many nearby excursion destinations. We had a great holiday overall. Jochen was a very nice host.

This was one of our best experiences: David and his family are wonderful hosts—always attentive, generous, and welcoming. The apartment is cozy, well-equipped, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We can wholeheartedly recommend it. We came to explore the Bohemian region and to trace some family roots, and David and his family were incredibly helpful throughout. His guidance and recommendations were invaluable and spot-on. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

We spent great 4 days in the Waldviertel. The location of the accommodation is great because it took us less than 15 minutes to visit all the excursion destinations (nö card: Unterwasserreich Schrems, Blockheide, mini steam train, Solefelsen Bad). The two kids (3 &6) were also enthusiastic about the many toys in the house. They were also super busy before and after the excursions. Otherwise everything was clean, everything available, even coffee tablets and what to drink was available. I can therefore only recommend the cottage and we will be happy to come back :-)
