Downstairs there’s a spacious living room, open plan dining area and a light, spacious kitchen with breakfast bar. This leads to a utility area and downstairs toilet. Traditional Cottage in the heart of Waddington. Waddington is a small village, 2 miles of Clitheroe in the Ribble Valley. Within the village there are three popular pubs, the Lower Buck Inn, the Higher Buck and the Waddington Arms also a beautiful church all within 2mins walking distance from the cottage. Well behaved dogs are welcome. dogs cannot be left unaccompanied in the cottage and not allowed on furniture. All guests will be left a welcome pack with bread,milk, tea, coffee + butter.
