Superb. The cottage was spot on. Very luxurious. Toby was super helpful, letting me know that the cottage was ready and letting me check in a little early to dump my gear and get amongst it in fantastic North Canterbury. The location was fantastic, with an early start for a local event just down the road at Island Hills. I wish I could have stayed longer and made use of that flash-looking bath too. It was just a place to sleep this time BUT I've already put a return visit on the 'to-do' list. Cheers Toby!!

The listing doesn’t do Rachael’s home justice. It’s absolutely stunning- the river, the views and the home were stand outs. We loved stargazing by the outdoor fireplace. Rachael is friendly and provided thoughtful extras for guests. Highly recommend. One of our fav air bnb stays.

We had such a fantastic time staying at Liana’s - the day we arrived a weather bomb hit and Liana was great at communicating what roads were open so we could get through. We were there to attend a wedding so she also made sure we had an iron and ironing board available. The little touches made the place so homely and comfortable. I was impressed by our welcome note and the time she’d taken in preparing w local guide. We loved feeding the sheep and the highlight was when Garry came over before we left with a box of 3 week old puppies!! Thanks Liana for being such an amazing host!!
