Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Wailua

Dicle’s home was the perfect paradise in beautiful Princeville. We couldn’t stop raving about how amazing the house is, the space that we had (both inside and out) and how much we truly felt at home while visiting one of our favorite places to vacation as a family together. Brandon was very flexible allowing us to stage our luggage before checking. He was very responsive in both Airbnb messages and phone. The place is very clean and provides everything a family needs. Unfortunately, the pool is fairly far like most places not in the resorts it’s a shared community pool. Other than that place is fantastic and highly recommend!

Place was extemely beautiful and peaceful. Its located in HOA area so the no noise restrictions I actually didn’t mind. Besides hearing the roosters, it was completely quiet, you can literally see all the stars at night from this property. It has a beautiful backyard where we enjoyed having meals. The garage has everything we needed for the beach, including toys for my little one. The beds were actually very confortable. The laundry came in handy so we wouldn’t overpack. The hair drier actually didnt work but the host was quick and friendly on providing a new one. A hairdrier for me was a must since going to sleep with wet hair is a big no for me so I was grateful a new one was provided. Wifi worked great. Only downside was probably the ice machine being dirty and there is a camera in the backyard which i understand is for security reasons but sometimes you can feel watched, but the outdoor shower was something we enjoyed alot. I really loved this place and its location.

What an amazing place! 10min outside of Hanalei so it is quiet and peaceful. We loved going to bed and waking up to the ocean waves!

Great place. About a 15-20 minute walk to a couple beaches. You are in a neighborhood so it feels safe to walk around/not many cars. 5-7 minute drive to nearest grocery store and a few restaurants. Very close to Hanalei town - about 30 min to Haena State Park. You definitely need a car while sight seeing around Kauai. The home is large (big enough for 9-10 people) and the kitchen/living area is great for family mornings and evenings. You can see the mountains and waterfalls on a clear day. The lanai on the first and second floor are great in the mornings. All the rooms are spacious and very clean. 3 of the rooms are on the bottom floor (including the 4th room/bunk bed that is in common area). The only room on the first floor is the master. Only issue was that the fridge ice maker did not work and had a little difficulty contacting the 24/7 property manager. Brad was a great communicator and really helps you know the lay of the land. Would definitely stay again.

We have had the most amazing stay in Hanalei - Rainbow House is everything we were hoping for and more. Surfing with Micco was the icing on the cake. We will be back to Hanalei soon and we plan on booking here again. From the quiet location to the convenience of being able to walk everywhere, we have been happy as clams on our family vacation! 8 thumbs up from a family of four.

"As Described" sounds like faint praise, but with rentals it's super important. this place delivered on everything advertised. Very spacious. The primary bedroom was set apart from the other two and had its own bathroom. We didn't use the exterior but it looked super cute with two sitting areas, front and back. AC was great. Kitchen was spacious too, which helped a lot. the nearby Coconut Market has really developed into something worth spending time in. Two close beaches, one small and private and one large with gentle shallows. The primary bed was super cushy. Tropical bugs can be an issue anywhere in Hawaii but they were well under control here, which was nice. We've been to the islands six times and likes this place a lot. Absolutely, definitely would stay again... and probably will.

Giselle’s home was perfect for 6 persons. Each of the bedrooms were well appointed with comfortable mattresses, pillows and clean white linens. The bathrooms were well stocked with plenty of towels, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer. We cooked most of our meals. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking- appropriate pans, utensils, plenty of dishes and refrigerator storage containers. The dishwasher and washer and dryer came in very handy. Giselle has beach toys for children and there were spokes and flippers for snorkeling and two bicycles for a quicker ride to the beaches (which were many in number and very walkable.) Giselle gave us great information about the best beaches and we had a fascinating tour of Richard’s coffee roastery where he roasts and ships the coffee beans for his business: Kauai Roastery. We would definitely stay here again.

Scenery was breathtaking, every window you looked out of…very cozy place and all amenities very well thought out… will come back

What a view! Daily, You hear the splashing of the waves against the rocks, nice breeze from the kitchen windows, moon setting in front of your bed, melodious sounds of the birds around 6am, got a glimpse of whale from the balcony, plus rainbow and sunset colors. Had everything that we needed including some beach gears and rice cooker. We loved our time here. Walking to the beach daily with just a towel and having the key by the door was super cool. Fyi: no order on the parking numbers. My partner enjoyed his 70th bday celebration. Thank you very much.

We loved our stay! Super cute interior and felt like a hotel. Great location to explore the island and relax. Loved having a washer & dryer available! We appreciated the access to beach chairs/umbrellas and snorkeling gear. Highly recommend staying here!

Passt..alles da was man braucht..sauber ,,Lob an die Dame die noch am reinigen war als wir angekommem sind ..der Parkplatz war nicht zu finden ..man hatte die falsche Nummer aufgemalt..mussten lange suchen aber auf Nachfrage wurde das Problem gelöst..insgesamt ist die Unterkunft aber sehr empfehlenswert

This was the perfect spot for our stay on the North side of Kauai. The unit was beautiful, clean, and well stocked with essentials. The view off the balcony was stunning and we enjoyed our time here! Eric was incredibly responsive and helpful, would absolutely stay here again!

Adam and Beata’s place in Princeville is a dream! Perfect for a solo traveler or couple, super clean and beautiful surroundings. We met Adam while here, he was friendly and kind. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a seriously charming Kauai time.

The condo was lovely and clean, VERY well appointed. The location is great and having a private beach was wonderful. We checked out the north and south areas of Kauai and were so glad to be at Lae Nani!! So peaceful and the grounds are beautifully kept. Walkable shops and restaurants too. We had a great vacation and would definitely stay here again.

Michael's place was just great. The views off the balcony were so wonderful. Great breeze comes through the area. The beach is just steps away. Pool area was kept spotless. Michael had beach chairs, umbrella, noodles and some snorkel gear. The condo was nicely appointed. Would stay there again.

Super clean & comfy. Decor was very cute also!! Lanai was amazing for dinners in. And the place was extremely close to Hanelei for dinners out and shopping! We did spend some time at the pool which was lovely. Host was also very communicative and helpful. Great stay! Thank you, Ashleigh!

Nice place in a good location but a bit hard to find. Ask for detailed instructions before arriving. Mike is extremely communicative and easy to work with. He even gave us some very welcome flexibility on arrival time -- very much appreciated!

Our stay here was great. Favorite part was the balcony and views. In a quiet area with beautiful walks. Every thing we needed in stocked kitchen. Clean and a great place to come home to each night.

Allison is an amazing host! She is super proactive and so accommodating. The place is very conveniently located and easy to find, it is walkable to restaurants and shopping. The beach is beautiful with a beautiful sunrise. There is a pool and hot tub just steps away from the condo. Would definitely stay here again!

Tyler and his place were exceptional. Everything that was said in traveler's previous reviews we got to experience during our visit. Tyler's place is so quiet and clean and it is so big (specially the lanai). The grounds are so very beautiful and the pool area is big and just a few steps from the condo. Tyler is great with communication, checking in with you to make sure that everything is ok as your stay gets underway. He provides easy to understand instructions for using the condo. Tyler had a freezer go out just before our stay but he communicated the repair and a new fridge/freezer was quickly delivered and installed the next day. It all worked out perfect. This is a great place to stay in Princeville and we would definitely recommend and use again for future trips.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay in this spacious, well-furnished and tastefully decorated condo. The three-bedroom set-up was perfect for our family: parents downstairs in the master, and kids upstairs, each with their own room. Morning coffee and breakfasts on the lanai were peaceful. The large island in the kitchen was perfect for prepping family meals. Pool and workout facilities were nice. We appreciated being able to use the beach chairs and boogie boards stored in the garage. Communication with the owner was clear, detailed and timely. Overall, we loved this condo and enjoyed its close proximity to amenities and activities in Poipu and Koloa.
