Small kitchenette includes, small fridge, microwave, toaster, tea/coffee making facilities ( no oven or hot plate ). Linen included, sheets, towels, duvets and blankets. WiFi available. Superb location minutes walk to BlackbarnTe Mata Estate, 5 minutes drive to the Havelock North village and Craggy Range Restaurant.( 2 night minimum stay)

Please note: We do not charge a cleaning fee; check out is 11am or otherwise by arrangement. Hosted by Iain and Virginia, Uiskentuie is ideally located for Napier's beautiful amenities. It is accessible and private, a self-contained apartment with generous sized bedroom and a day-room with mini kitchen, modern decor and access to private garden area. Walkways and cycling trails are on the doorstep and its an easy walk to restaurants and pubs. You'll feel on holiday as soon as you get here.

Private quiet haven. Hot tub. Walk to village.

A privately accessed, clean self-contained ensuite space. Nightly rate $150. Facilities are not shared with me. You will find breakfast supplies in your unit for self service. From the comfortable queen bed you can enjoy the garden outlook. Take time to relax in the hot tub. Only a short walk to cafes, bars, boutique shops and a supermarket. There is safe parking on the road-side however, on-site parking is available if required for 1 vehicle. Please check this with me prior to arrival.

The Pavilion

So close to the village, yet set in the countryside there are lambs in Spring and apple trees next door. Eggs are laid by our own chooks, bread, muesli and preserves are homemade. We'll suggest places to visit and restaurants if you want to dine out. Cool off in the pool in summer or take an expertly led yoga class! Take a trip to Hastings or Napier or walk the miles of tracks in Te Mata Park. Ocean Beach is just 15 minutes away and the Sunday Farmers Market just 10!

The Village Villa combines old style charm with modern amenities. Put your keys in the drawer and take a 2 minute stroll into the Village with it's fabulous shopping and vibrant cafes. The Villa has been recently renovated and boasts a modern spacious kitchen opening out onto a large sunny deck. Located on a summer fruit orchard, surrounded by trees with a view to the Tuki Tuki River and Te Mata Peak, this small 2 bedroom flat enjoys all day sun, with the lounge opening to an outdoor area. One of the things to look forward is to relax in the outdoor bath and sauna, while enjoying the scenery. Perfect choice if you enjoy country lifestyle, outdoor activities, knowing that coffee shops, restaurants, wineries and shops are only a short drive away.

Modern self contained apartment

Modern 2 bedroom apartment conveniently situated just 10 minutes walk from the centre of the beautiful Havelock North Village. Although young children are welcome, please be aware that my property is not really suitable for young active children and is not fenced from the neighbours or the busy road. Message me if you need a one night stay as this may be possible in the winter months. Discounted rates are available for stays longer than one week.

Parkhill Lodge - Villa + Heated Pool

The villa is spacious with three bedrooms, two bathrooms (including spa bath) open plan kitchen, lounge and outside deck. Our outdoor pool is heated to a minimum of 28 degrees from October to April. We are just 12 minutes from Napier, Hastings, Havelock North and Cape Kidnappers. Explore the wineries and bike trails that surround us. Elephant Hill, Clearview, Te Awanga Estate and Beach House Wineries are a ten minute bike ride away.

Our cottage is located on a quiet, no exit road only 5 minutes drive to Hastings, 7 minute drive to Havelock North, and only a 15 minute drive to Napier. There is a fantastic Farmers market every Sunday at the local Showgrounds which is only a 3 minute drive away. A cycle way runs through our road and links to several different cycle tracks covering Hawke’s Bay. Our place is good for couples, small groups and families (with kids).
