A modern tidy studio with attached bathroom and kitchenette thats seperate from the main house. The bed is a queen size and theres a small table with two chairs as well. The kitchenette has basic bench top cooking facilities, a sink, toaster, kettle with a small fridge too. I run a fishing charter boat on a trailer out of the driveway too, so you might experience charter customers, fish and early or late noises during your stay. Only 14 minutes walk to town and 6 minutes walk to raglan wharf.

My place is close to Rugby and Cricket stadiums, Waterworld, Netball courts, BMX track, Te Rapa race course, river walks and popular Sugarbowl Cafe, one minute from bus stop into the city.. You’ll love my place because of your own private BBQ and outdoor area. Clean and modern unit, in a nice central location.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. Our apartment is suitable for self isolation, the only criteria being previous good reviews from airbnb hosts.

Parking for boat trailers if required and tips on fishing spots gladly provided. The Apartment is self contained with separate entry and carport and plenty of parking for visitors. Apartment is cleaned to recommended COVID19 standards. Key will be left inside and the apartment unlocked. Please note our listing is not suitable for pets.
