Monthly Rentals in Waingaro River

The place was very clean and had everything we needed. It’s a great location right in the centre of town, it worked well for us to use as a base to explore Golden Bay. A good kitchen and a BBQ too which was ideal. No TV if that’s something you need, but some board games are provided. Communication with Ute was great. It is worth noting that the third bedroom is a sleepout but it’s only a few steps from the house.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay at this place. The place was very clean and matched the description in the ad. The access to the lake was really fantastic. A highly recommended place to stay, we would come back anytime!

Great find close to Takaka shops but in a quiet spot. Everything as described, great bed, linen and towels, including beach towels. Kitchen also has nice appliances, good for cooking your own food. Lovely deck to sit outside on a warm day, looking over the orchard. There were also available heaps of maps and brochures for local places to go and eat, super helpful! I'd definitely come back to stay there!

The home and backyard is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and it is the perfect place to unwind and relax. Nat and Grant were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone and can’t wait to come back again! 😊
