Holiday rentals in Waitahora

We had an exceptional family holiday here over Christmas. An extended family, with babies and elderly, all enjoyed themselves tremendously. We counted 22 bird species seen from the deck. The views of the Tararuas are great. The house is excellent, fully equipped with all the cooking gear needed. Thanks for a memorable stay!

The house was lovely and our group had a very enjoyable stay. Peter met us on arrival and welcomed us and then came and saw us as we were leaving. We had a power cut (very brief) but Peter messaged us straight away to see if we needed any torches. The house had everything we needed and was great for a group of adult. (Would also be a great place to stay with kids - lots of games and outdoor activities. Great big section and plenty of parking. Very secure.

Richard was a very responsive host and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. The cottage is lovely and private, set among mature trees and garden. The kids loved the spa and sleeping up a ladder in the loft. Thanks again for a great stay

absolutely stunning property everything you would imagine a homestead to be, it was really grand inside put also warm and very comfortable. we have two children so it was nice to relax and let them enjoy the space. pool was great we had some fun imagine the summer months to be even better. We (4 couples) had a great stay. It was lovely and roomy, had magnificent views and was surrounded in well-cared-for gardens. The pool was a big attraction - it was clean and private and we loved the garden around it. We thought we were going to do a lot of activities (climb Mitre Peak, visit a winery, go cycling) but in the end, the house, the beach, the pool and the garden were all we needed. It was a really relaxing holiday!!! Thanks Krissy for being so friendly and helpful.

We had a great stay at Paula's Bach. The location was fantastic right on the top of the hill. Excellent views and super private. Paula was also really accommodating with our check-in/check out. Highly recommend this place.

Clean & tidy space, would definitely recommend

I had a great stay! The home was nice, clean, and spacious, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Everything was exactly as described, and I really enjoyed my time there. Would definitely stay again!
