Yuya’s home is beautiful and so worth the price! He provides delicious complimentary breakfast with your choice of drink and changes your sheets and towels throughout the day. The home is a beautiful private traditional house with a stunning garden in the center, and is well insulated with heaters when it gets cold. This is my second time staying here and in both trips this was the highlight of my stay! Thank you Yuya for the best experience!

Loved Hiroko's homestay very clean It is very close to Jr Wakayama Station, Wakayama Castle Station I'm usually walking There are also plenty of good food spots and bird burning shops around the area Bikes can be rented for free Hiroko was very welcoming. There are many tourist materials in the hotel, and of course Hiroko will always answer my questions warmly. Thank you so much! Looking forward to seeing you next time!

Conveniently located next to Nakamatsue train station, halfway between Wakayama-shi and Kada. The area is residential, so there is not much to do - a good supermarket is a 10 min walk away. The apartment could do with some plates and knives, but it's otherwise as advertised and very comfortable.

The place looks amazing, it is such a beautiful house, we felt right at home. Aki-san was an amazing host, not only did he pick and drop us off at the station, he also gave us a tour of all the beautiful places to see in the surroundings because of our short stay. He is such a kind person and we had a lot of fun!
