Our Carriage House is 1.5 hours from Boston and 2 hours from Worcester, MA. The Carriage House was built in 2021 with top-line finishes, fixtures, and furnishings for a romantic getaway.

Step out of the house and onto to a beautiful deck. From the deck to the water is just 30 feet of sandy beach! Located right on Pine River Pond, this 5-mile, 570 acre lake has crystal clear water. The gently sloping property makes it ideal for multi-generational families. Swim in the summer, ice fish in the winter or just get away from it all in the fabulous peace and quiet of New Hampshire. Best fall foliage in New Hampshire can be found right on Pine River Pond and the adjacent roadways.

This entire basin is a "no-wake" zone which allows safe swimming for the whole family. Enjoy fishing, search for turtles, or explore beyond the cove using the canoe, kayaks, or paddle boards. Pebble Cottage is a one hundred year old quirky camp that was enlarged some years back. It is located in Bridgton near plenty of lakes and skiing. The public beach is a short skip down the hill. The cottage is a rustic little haven that was saved from demolition, and updated with a brand new bathroom, a cute little kitchen with a dishwasher, with two heat pumps to keep the space cozy and three homey comfortable bedrooms, a large yard with a hammock, very quiet retreat. Please note it's old!

Wren Cabin + Wood fired Sauna

We built the Wren Cabin to be a serene space filled with light and art and with lots of cozy details. Lofted ceilings, a spiral staircase and large open concept with lofted bedroom. The cabin also has a gorgeous wood-fired sauna for those colder days. Wren cabin has a large wraparound deck for relaxing and an outdoor fire pit, as well as shared access to Adams Pond. The space is modern Scandinavian, light and aery, and filled with thoughtful details.
