Comfortable cottage in the fishing grounds of the Dalešice dam. The cottage is on the edge of a quiet cottage settlement in the forest above the dam, it is 150 m to the water by a path from the hillside, or by off-road vehicle or on foot 400 m along the forest road. Hot-tube, grill, fireplace with smokehouse and boat for 5 people are available. The accommodation is also suitable for the whole family, including dogs. Kozlanská beach (400m), Koněšínská beach (800m), steamboat dock. Nearby are also popular tourist places Maxův kříž, the ruins of Kozlov and Holoubek castles and bike trails.

Chata má velkou pergolu s grilem, možnost grilování přímo u vody. Na pozemku se nachází ještě jedna chatka, která slouží jako kůlna. Do této budovy není umožněn přístup. We have carefully restored the historic winegrower's house: that's why there are uneven walls, vaulted ceilings and thick walls. But also a lot of modern things: pool, sauna, a large outdoor kitchen, barbecue, 2 terraces, fireplace & wood stove.

Útulná retro chata v srdci přírody, jen pár kroků od Vranovské přehrady – ideální místo pro odpočinek, koupání, rybaření i rodinnou dovolenou. Nachází se v malebné a klidné lokalitě Jazovická zátoka, obklopená lesy a tichou hladinou vody, kde čas plyne pomaleji a večery zpříjemňuje šum stromů. Chata nabízí jednoduché, ale plně funkční ubytování až pro 5 osob – tři samostatná lůžka a patrová postel. Venku je možnost posezení u stolu, grilování nebo opékání špekáčků na ohništi.

Our 16th century home was recently renovated with the aim of adding modern amenities while preserving historic features. The result is a spacious, comfortable living area within 500-year-old stone walls. The property contains a full kitchen, a dining area that seats 10, a living area with streaming TV, three bedrooms that sleep 8, and two and half bathrooms. The house is perfectly suited for both families with children and groups of adults.
