Chata u chameleona offers accommodation on the shore of a pond, with a spacious terrace with a barbecue, a swimming pool, a hot tub and a cedar infrared sauna with a view of the pond and, in the evening, a place to sit by the fireplace... You can take a romantic boat ride on the pond or play table tennis :-) Those who want to enjoy nature to the fullest can swim directly in the pond with a sandy entrance, while others will enjoy swimming in the pool by the cottage. In the evening, we recommend watching the radky, ducks, swans, and maybe even kingfishers when grilling on the pond... .-)

Ideal for groups, families and companies, as well as for sports, yoga and club events. Unique and original furnishings. It is a very old and simple house, therefore also the reasonable price.

Cottage by the water

Chalet right by the pond with a large garden for great fun… swimming in the pond, boat rides, relaxation on the pier, garden bowling, croquet, petanque, badminton, net for volleyball, board games. The cottage has a large pergola with a grill, the possibility of grilling right by the water. There is another cottage on the property that serves as a shed. This building is not accessible. Romantic mill house on the Thaya

This at least 500-year-old mill house impresses with its unique quiet location, right on the Thaya. You live in a small apartment in the mill house, with a separate entrance, located in the south, with vintage flair, I would like to say. The flat is not new, but it is cosy. There is also an old kitchen stove that you can use for heating, and there is plenty of wood. There is also a wood-burning stove with a viewing window for cosy evenings. The inner courtyard invites you to relax in the evening.

Schiffmeisterhaus Atelier Donaublick

The studio is located in historic Schiffmeisterhaus directly by river and offers beautiful views of Danube. Shops cafés and restaurants in the historic city center are just a few minutes’ walk away. Situated right next to the police academy, the studio is in a particularly safe environment. The Danube cycling path runs directly past the building, while nearby swimming spots along the Danube invite you to relax and cool off in summer. Bicycle storage and e-bike charging facilities are available.

We have carefully restored the historic winegrower's house: that's why there are uneven walls, vaulted ceilings and thick walls. But also a lot of modern things: pool, sauna, a large outdoor kitchen, barbecue, 2 terraces, fireplace & wood stove.
