Stille, Weitblick und Naturverbundenheit. Eine Etage nur für dich. Mit Studio, Küche, Dusche und WC. Gesamt rund 70m². Direkter Zugang zu einem 150m² großen schattigen Garten. Wasser direkt aus einer Waldquelle. Das sonnendurchflutete Holzhaus wurde 2018 gebaut, grenzt direkt an einen Wald an und befindet sich entlang des österreichischen Jakobsweges. Besonders freuen wir uns über Menschen die einen Zugang zu Spiritualität haben. Für die Praxis stehen Meditationskissen und Yogamatten bereit.

Newly renovated house with garden in a quiet location on the edge of the Vienna Woods. Large garden with terrace and barbecue. In the house with about 95 m2 there is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove with oven, coffee maker, and dishwasher. The proximity to the trade fair city of Tulln (about 10 minutes) , to Vienna (about 30 minutes by car or by train from Tullnerfeld station), the Vienna Woods and also to the Wachau (about 40 minutes) offers numerous possibilities for excursions.

The lovingly designed stone house offers modern comfort and a cozy ambiance. In the region there is a lot to discover all year round. The place is great for couples, families and small groups.
